We’re Shane and Efraim, former school leaders, and we understand firsthand the challenges schools face when decision-making is outsourced. We believe that to achieve resonant transformation, change must be grounded in the unique needs and aspirations of each school community. That's why we've created this immersive 6-month course, where we'll share the transformative insights that have helped over 100 courageous education leaders successfully lead inside-out change that resonates throughout their organisations.

This programme, based on the 8-Step Organisational Change Model, prioritises a community-driven approach to change, establishing trust and psychological safety as foundations this course utilises powerful questions to guide reflection and collaboration.

This is a 3 month course with weekly sessions and reflective activities. It starts in January 2025 and concludes in March. You will be guided to contextualise your learning between each session, so that learning is immediate and impactful.
