A monthly gathering of minds passionate about empowering schools

work collaborative forum

What is the Forum?

The Work Collaborative Forum brings together educators, leaders, and change-makers who share our belief that schools already have everything they need to create meaningful transformation.

Each month, we meet online to explore ideas, share research, and collaborate on ways to support schools in making confident decisions with their communities. It's a space where diverse perspectives come together around our shared mission of fostering resonant change in education.

What happens in our meetings?

  • We dive into the latest insights and research on organisational change, bringing different perspectives and experiences to the table. Each meeting creates space for meaningful dialogue about what's working in schools and what challenges we're all navigating.

  • Together, we develop practical resources and advocacy initiatives that support schools in leading their own change. This isn't about creating more things for schools to implement - it's about building tools that help unlock the wisdom already present in education communities.

  • We strengthen our network of like-minded professionals who are passionate about championing the voice of education from within. Together, we explore how we can better support schools in reclaiming their confidence and expertise.

Currently, the Forum operates by invite only, but we're developing an application system that will launch soon.

If you're interested in being part of this collaborative community and contributing to our shared mission, we'd love to hear from you.

Our open source commitment

Everything we create together belongs to everyone. As the Forum develops, all meeting notes, resources, and insights will be freely available on this website. This reflects one of Work Collaborative's core values: that knowledge and tools for change should be accessible to all.
